ububuim/rkrksp (korean ruiner) refusing to defend

Husk took mid early, and began refusing to defend later when we were pushed and 'went afk'. He let all raxes fall and waited at fountain. He has been known to do this and has been reported a lot. This was not a normal game where there is nothing to defend so you can only sit in base. We were in a huge lead until the rax push. If he fought with team, he could've bought time for other heros to buyback.
The game was definitely not even close to over when he decided to go afk at fountain at full hp (except only the 3rd timestamp), unlike other examples of people not defending.

Yeh this korean bloke ruins almost every game. I was quiet cos I am tired of this sociopathic behavior.

He's a terrible player with a korean IP, which is already rare as most koreans are at least decent (besides hellboy maybe and 1 other guy). Then second he plays the same way, taking heros like husk, going mid and failing.

Then third he speaks the exact same way too.

Just my opinion but I am certain its the same person.

Both players have IPs from Korea but they do not match and have different alias. While I agree his actions did impact the outcome of the game I can not consider he has a habit of ruining.
