I (tiny) am stalking sniper with lothar and about to do my combo. He turns suddenly for no reason that I can see and does a little loop around some trees, probably trying to make me fuck up and give his bara ally time to get closer.
They don't know that I have a lothar. I got the first component for it around 16:30 and haven't been seen since that point.
I start approaching around 18:40. There is no lothar sound that they can hear.

There is maybe a very tenuous explanation.
Earlier in the game sniper did some creep pulling.
While running left maybe he suddenly decided to do it again, so he runs up to the camp.
Then he realizes he's too late, and runs right to farm another wave.
But why not just farm the harmless cobolds even without the pull? The biggest one is already dead, and he knows this, 'cause he killed it just a bit earlier.
And why run b in the first place if you wanted to farm another wave?
But then he runs down again. This happens before dazzle tp's to the wave. If dazzle tp'd first, then sniper could claim he's just leaving the wave to dazzle.

This guy is andek and has a history of suspicious behaviour, though I don't recall if anyone ever bothered to submit.
But you yourself said something like "he doesn't even try to hide it anymore".
He hasn't played for about a year, now he's back. Almost always techie/slark.

Well, its hard to accused a sniper from maphacking versus a void a tiny and magina pudge, all jumpers / one shot heroes...

Cause this guy ain't mhing for sure, he don't even believe mh exist ^^

i played against him many times and he doesn't. Especially bara on the team and dazzle(deadinside) as the support. He always wards plus the biggest MH in the game is the minimap. If more people focus on that you can actually predict where the others are. Just my opinion.

MH exists, that's not up for debate. His thoughts on the matter are irrelevant.

I wasn't seen for two minutes.
That entire time sniper moves normally, until I'm on top of him, invisible, at which point he makes a nonsensical loop around trees.

I rewatched this part to better understand and I remember this sequence very well. I decided to head back towards the base and saw Bara approaching from the bottom for a future gank if the opportunity presents itself. That's when I moved closer and Bara moved away from the line again, so I moved back too.

If I was using a MH and I was sure that Tiny would come at me, I would have just used my Lothar seriously !!!

Why are you circling around the tree? There's no vision of Tiny coming so it really doesn't make sense why you're circling around the tree for.

I went back and forth because Bara was coming downstairs. And I always prefer to move my hero into the line of creeps rather than going into the field where we often put wards.

But seriously, why wouldn't I just activate my lothar if I mh?

I can't speak for why you decided to do something which is why I banned you so you can explain your point of view here.

It's just really weird to circle around a tree like that just as Tiny is following you with lothars. You do see how that can look from Tiny's perspective, right? If you were Tiny, you wouldn't think it was weird?

I didn't know Tiny was there...otherwise I would have used my lothar. I went back and forth because Bara was coming downstairs, it was just a coincidence because I was at that place when I changed my mind.
