He's 940 ELO with 16 more losses than wins. That game is stacked and it seems most games he plays in, the game is stacked against his team. Yeah, he's going to play bad because he's a below average player.

I'm not sure what you're expecting here. And for the 1000th time, you used to do the same type of stuff on your Draco account that I never really banned you for. Stuff like afking or giving up prematurely when the game isn't going your way. It's kinda annoying that you start reporting people for stuff you did to some type of degree now that you're playing more on an account that you are trying to win with.

There is a difference between being below average player and just solo farming/creeping and refusing all teamwork.

And to be honest that was before you came back when there was no mods and all the games were out of control with ruiners, so there was no point. Now the games are moderated and theres less ruiners so it makes sense that I report the few remaining ones that are still doing it. I'm not reporting for no reason you just need a trained eye to see that they are refusing team fights and not using their basic spells. It's 2023 they all have played 100s of games of dota they can't possibly be that stupid, it's on purpose.

But fair enough he appealed i didn't see that. maybe he will actually try to play for real this time.
