Why are you banned: says left, what happend was my game crashed.
Why you should be unbanned: Im fine with 1 hour ban, but i got like 5 hours, seems very long for an action that is out of my control. Hope u can unban me, been banned for 1.5 hours now.

I believe it was an auto-ban which lasts for 4 hours, this is actually a very short amount of time to be banned for someone who leaves the game but as you said not every leaver if due to them actually wanting to leave the game or doing it with malice.

Isn`t it usually one hour?

@upsisdedown the system bans you 2 hours for first offense, new players. But after youve dced multiple times the autoban will increase,
e.g 2 hours, then 4 hours. Its important to check your connection before you play. And dont leave until the game is finished.
