Ban Appeal due to the internet being lost

Situation: Family was over, and the switch in there room that they were staying in was really connected to our modem and router and not a light source, so later they clicked it off thinking it would turn off the light but it just turned off our connection, dropping me and my brother from the game we were in.
Why you should be unbanned: We did nothing wrong, and we didn't think we'd get banned for accidently disconnecting from a game..

Yeah, we both share the same IP, sucks right? and yes i promise me or him will never leave a game on purpose, but the internet dropping is iffy business..but i will tell them the switch is a no-no. Thank you though!
