The emphasis is that if your team isn't forfeiting, the game is still playable. There's a hard-line to draw on whether or not it truly is because it would then give a player the right to sit at the fountain because they believe the game to be over when there is still a possibility to win. You're likely not getting unbanned so you're better off just posting the rule you broke, acknowledge you won't break it again and move on.
