Banned Appeal: Disconnected + Unable to Rejoin with Gproxy.

Realm/Gateway: USEast
Why are you banned: Leaving the game (Disconnected and banned by autobot)
Why you should be unbanned: I'm playing as Tinker mid with massive contributions through ganks, wardings, and defending tower for the first 10-15 minutes of the game. For some reason, i got disconnected and the Gproxy did not reconnected me back to the game. If it possible, i would like to be unbanned for my contributions as such to the game. Thanks

Here's the screenshots of my Gproxy. I also had Gproxy++ Varlock before new patched. It's not working either.
