I don't know why I'm banned.
I didn't break any rules, DC or piss anyone off so I'm not sure why I got a ban. The only thing I can think of is my bf unplugged the modem by accident after I had already completed a game and was on the ending stats screen. I checked the ban requests section and no one purposely tried to request a ban on me either. Please help!
Please Unban

Re: Please Unban
Ok, I see this is from a while back. No, I definitely did not intentionally game ruin. I made one comment to a friend that I hoped they won because OwlPacino in a different game was mocking me about AIDS when my father died in real life from it. He was telling me that I was sick and should get my son checked for "neonatal AIDS", which as his mother is very upsetting to me. Every once in a while I get distracted because my son is constantly yelling MOMMY LOOK! I'm a very respectful player and would never throw a game or break any rules intentionally. I have a lot of games under my belt with very few complaints about me. I would ask that my ban please be appealed. I don't think I deserve to not play for two days. I could see that If I tried to throw the game on purpose but I didn't even though OwlPacino is deplorable and would have deserved it. I didn't even mean to join the game with him because my son had been distracting me in lobby. Please have some Christmas cheer and remove the ban! I always try my best and will continue to do so.

Re: Please Unban
Hello @nathansashes ,
as i mentioned in the request against you, i don't think your intentions were malicious. I think you just drifted away for a minute, which is only natural.
However, not sending on 7, and then not upgrading the king with your 800 lumber, definitely had a huge impact to the game. Especially about the king, saving a heal was guaranteed, with just 160 lumber.
Could you please head over to our wiki page, take a look at our rules, and then copy paste the one you broke here?
Could you also assure me that you will be more careful in the future?

Re: Please Unban
FalenGa,
First off let me thank you for responding to me.
Here is a list of all of the general game rules:
General Rules
Do not spam chat during games.
Do not flame, rage, troll, or insult other players excessively.
Do not leave before the game has certainly ended, especially if no other player has left.
Do not delay a game from starting by joining/leaving multiple times or otherwise.
Do not lie about modes. If you intend to choose a non-default mode or if there is no known default mode, announce the mode in lobby or vote ingame/in lobby.
Do not deceive players about rules in an attempt to get them banned (note, !draw is not an obligation, but a vote).
Any form of votekick abuse.
XXXXX Do not ruin the game on purpose: XXXXXX
Do not teamkill (ex. blocking, maliciously using spells, destroying/hiding/stealing/massing items, selling towers, etc).
XXXXXDo not go away from keyboard for an excessive amount of time, especially without telling other players beforehand, and/or refuse to play the game in an attempt to ruin it. Neither are you allowed to grief by resetting the afk timer. XXXXX
Do not feed or suicide on purpose which negatively affects the game.
Do not save or pause the game while playing in order to distract players and hinder gameplay.
Do not ghost by leaking information to your enemies/opponents.
Do not purposely glitch or exploit the game.
If teammates shared control, do not abuse it.
Do not dodge your bans. Dodging is defined as playing on a different account while being banned on another account, often by a (purposely triggered) change of the IP. Dodging is considered a major offense equal to maphacking.
The use of any utility that hides your real IP (proxies/vpns, etc.).
The use of any utility (FCD, maphack, stream sniping, etc.) that gives you an unfair advantage over other players will result in a heavy ban.
Do not multibox. Using two computers/two accounts to be in one (and the same) game as one human being is not allowed.
Do not impersonate any Enterprise Gaming authority (be it a staff member or our bot).
Do not threat or mock community members and do not ddos or dox them.
It is being claimed that I broke the rules that I separated and distinguished with X's which state, "Do not ruin the game on purpose:" with a list of such offenses including going "away from the keyboard for an excessive amount of time".
You stated that you agree that what I did was not on purpose. I also didn't go away from my keyboard at all. I had my four year old son standing next to my computer chair distracting me which is inevitable at some point being a gaming mother of a small child. I tried my best in that moment to continue gameplay by at least building before the start of round but as you can see it is difficult to do even that when you have such a distraction. I don't want to risk ticking you off but your response feels rather patronizing when you ask me to assure you that I will be more careful in the future. I am always very careful to not break any of these rules and be the best team player I can possibly be. If you note the last sentence in my last response you will see that I said, "I always try my best and will continue to do so." I don't believe that I should have to say that again. I'm a grown adult and already expressed that I am a very considerate player and will continue to do my best. If after this you don't decide to lift the ban so be it, but I have the right at least to express that I didn't ruin the game on purpose which is what the rules clearly state as a bannable offense. Also, that I shouldn't have to repeatedly say that I'm a good respectful player that never intended to do anything wrong (especially something that is deemed worthy of a two day ban) and that I will continue to be a moral player in the future.
Best Regards,
Torie

@nathansashes
My responsibility here is to ensure the best gaming experience for every player, by enforcing ENT's rules. One of those rules, is cooperating with your team.
I am telling you in all honesty that i do not want to sound patronising. This is just the only method we have in our disposal.
As i said, i believe you when you say your intentions were not dishonest. However, the outcome of the game forced me to apply a penalty, which is the usual 2 days for these kinds of cases.
Considering your clean history, and your understanding and cooperation, it's not hard for me to remove your penalty.
Appeal approved. Enjoy your holidays!
