Overlook in a banrequest

Why are you banned: viewtopic.php?f=172&t=103773
Why you should be unbanned: I feel like moderator autopiloted through the banrequest, without taking a proper look of what happened in the game. Surely the ban requests should be judged case by case and not have auto solution for keywords in you find in chat(votekick)? My point being: There is difference between votekick abuse, and votekicking a player who ruins the game before in its first minute, and forces other players to stay in the destroyed game for possibly over an hour. This case here is the latter.
Im going to explain what happened:
Players yellow "HYBRID" and player orange "kyou" are friends of eachother who are playing together. This can be seen in their match history.
Game of Legion td 1200+ begins
Player teal "Killertwix" is noticed to be afk in first seconds of the game.
Pause is issued
Player yellow "HYBRID" instantly unpauses the game
Several players pause the game, repeatedly, only to be unpaused instantly again by "HYBRID"
/Draw is issued. Everyone else but players "HYBRID" and "kyuo" and the afker "Killertwix" draws. No dice, majority vote is not enough for some reason, 2 votes against draw are stronger than 5 votes for it.
After all the pauses are used, level 1 starts player teal "Killertwix" is still afk and didnt build for wave 1.
The game is ruined.
All of the 5 other present players plead for players "HYBRID" and "kyo" to draw the game, but as they destroyed the game already for 6 others players they decide to roll with it and not draw.
Now we are in situation where 5 players wants to get out of the game that is ruined before it has even began, but 2 players (and the afker) who forced the situation are holding the other 5 players in the game. This is a hostage situation where innocent players have to sit trough a ruined, unfun, uncompetetitive and unfair game for possibly over an hour or leave and get autobanned. Of course player "killertwix" is part of the reason game was ruined, by being afk in the first place.
Im requesting immidiate banlift from following players: snuggleboob, durzo_blint, Peruanorenegado, WinWeasel and FapiOn. As honestly, its outrageous we are the ones getting punished. Kind of behaviour player "HYBRID" is showing here should not be encouraged by ent-gaming moderators.
