I think I had to remake it few weeks ago, because wc3 deleted it.

On 23rd of October, you both played from the exact same IP. You were in this game at 0704 and he was in this at 0258 and this at 0926 to point few of his ID games.

ok but he isnt me lmao, something must have gone wrong while giving out IP's. All I can see is that in that game my IP is different, normally you can see my flag working correctly.

If your WiFi router has dhcp and implements NAT, even then two devices connected to same WiFi CANNOT have same IP address. No. Most personal computers are configured to ask the WiFi router to assign them an IP address upon joining the network (using DHCP). But for Public IP, it is unique all over Internet.

I live in a dorm so IPs are given out within a range, also seen by the internet every host within a router have the same ip.
