Why are you banned: I don't remember but i think it was because i lagged out
Why you should be unbanned: I have been banned for months, and i believed i was banned because of my poor internet connection, which is not fair
But now i have a very fast internet speed and i do not lag at all anymore.

@Harzgaming Your account is NOT banned and you wouldn't be banned for months unless you maphack or bandodge. It has to be that you are caught in a range ban. Nothing else seems to be making any sense.

Try to join a game and write here what you see, the message that pops up then. Or just take a screenshot, if you know how to do that, and upload/attach it here.

2) What game genre do you like to play?
3) When was the last time you played on ENT?
4) What is the message you get when you try to join an ENT game? ( The TID number is the most important )
