Time of Violation (in-game or replay): Start of the game Slark starts telling us that undying is trolling, I start looking at his gameplay and its very clear. Hes not using his spells, and hes letting the other team get creeps/tower.

No, the people who didnt vote deserve a longer ban because they are allowing the I.P dodgers to continue ruining. They played "Dumb" so we would be guaranteed to lose instead of leaver gold, thats the problem if you play on a high ELO acc and don't have admin ability to kick. Because it was clear he was on a new account (probably a i.p dodger) and was running around with full mana and letting us die then feeding you when he was alone.

"hindusmash" and "Mongol" are 2 incredibly stupid noobs anyway and they refused to kick.

Mongol especially.

@Toprank - Did you watch the replay yourself? This slark was asking Undying if he was trolling and why he wasn't using his spells when Undying just turned lvl 2 but he only spelled for decay (1st spell) and soul rip (2nd spell). Which he actually healed slark the moment he got soul rip. What slark was upset about and accused him of trolling was that he didn't get tombstone as his first spell. So slark spent the next 10 mins typing and trashing undying for it. Worse is, he was so petty about it he let undying die TWICE and didn't even bother to help when he could have prevented it or at least kill Rhasta on both occasion. When you finally came to gank from mid, both undying and slark stood back and didn't go help you. From your perspective you were just assuming what slark said was logical and true since you were busy mid and didn't see exactly how retarded this slark was.

There is no ground to ban undying for ruining in this game. Please review the replay next time before posting.

On the other hand, I am adding a warning ban to slarkypick for intentional game ruining
- Letting his team mates die next to him while he stood next to tower.
- Typing nonsense during pivotal team fights instead of helping.
- Falsely accusing players of trolling.

Yes, he may be a ban dodger however I am unable to confidently say he is or he isn't from what I was able to dig up on him.

Sorry Mike you are definitely wrong on this. On what planet does undying not level Tomb? That's literally the best spell in the game. Multiple instances he walked by me with full mana/hp. He dove solo when we told him to back. He managed to have 11 deaths in 29 mins while not helping or tanking once for us.

It was so obvious to me I am very surprised at your review here, and the fact you think that undying wasn't ruining. @iambackk hey bro i would appreciate it if you can ban this undying is definitely a ruiner also was new acc. Let me get this straight, what your asking for is that I should ban undying for NOT leveling tomb as their first spell??? No one is arguing that tombstone is or is not the best spell for Undying. Your accusation is that undying was ruining and you + slarkypick was able to determine this solely based on him not leveling tombstone at level 1. We are not going to start making up rules on what spells all heroes MUST select at level 1 or else get reported and banned. Uhh no tbh it seems like you watched a totally different game than the one I played. The spell choices are just one part did you see the timestamps I posted? Guy literally had full mana/hp and watched me die 3-4 different times. When I told him to back and wait for team he would dive and feed.

He had 11 deaths in 25 min game, but managed to not tank for us in any team fight or use any teamwork. You already know he's a dodger so of course its blatantly obvious he ruined, but it is what it is if no other mod can review this, process it.
