Even though he was mid, he as SEVERAL levels lower than all other 9 players in the game.

You can try to argue his deaths, but you cannot explain how he was so severely under leveled. Which means HE KEPT MISSING IMPORTANT TEAM FIGHTS.

The rest of game is him continuing to feed. Clearly 1-9 as a mid is on purpose.

Another false, raging ban request.

Based on player's playing history, he's not the type to ruin on purpose. He probably fell behind failing early ganks / getting ganked and coudln't catch up. Probably made the matter worse by you flaming him and distracting him chatting without any help.

I am sure someone who takes mid and feeds and IS 5 LEVELS LOWER than everyone else will get banned too right?

This fictitious ban request should be tossed out. Zero timestamps. OP is just posting the chat, which is not indicative of foul play. Him saying he won't gank no more could be interpreted as the ganks haven't been working so he will try a different strategy.

Witchhunting is heavily frowned upon. It seems Jazzy3113 is upset that he was rightfully banned and has now resorted to harassment tactics wasting the valuable time and resources of our beloved ENT Admins and Moderators.

I suggest automatically denying and processing this individual's false ban reports promptly as it could be used to smear and tarnish the reputation of your ENT players.

at min 5 it's a lie from you (one more time), he just tryed to catch huskar in the fog and kill him (it failed) but it was a good move.
min 9 he came to gang bot (they have a ward sadely), they caught him and he did 90% of damages on ennemies and you used mana burn to finish the hero and you are not happy ? he just gave you a free kill.
min 12 he tryed to gang top and got ganged (they had ward i guess).

Not watching more, X2 report you are lying.
