Banned for no reason

Why are you banned: No idea , if game is hellhatt im new to that game and often play when no dota games are available . i have played less then 8 games off it in total, i asked for help and even said if they not cool with me playing in lobby i would leave .
Why you should be unbanned: There was no trolling and maybe you should review the replay properly before banning for no reason
