Banned for internet again

In the beginning of the game, (before I picked a hero) I was banned. because i lagged out cause of my internet

I try my hardest, but I don't really have much control over it because it's telus that screws me up

Denied

You were auto banned 2 times.The first time you got d/c you got a successful ban appeal. The second time you appealed you were denied because you hadn't fixed your internet issue. This is your third application for your second appeal which was already denied.
