Disconnect autoban

Why are you banned: I got autobanned from a disconnect which had nothing to do with my own internet connection or anything i could control
Why you should be unbanned: I got disconnected from the game, i got the "waiting for host" disconnect thing. This happens alot, not just to me. I have seen several people get disconnected this way. Again, this is something that is out of the players control and seemingly happens at random(?). I do not think i should have to wait out the 3 day autoban to be able to play ENT servers again. Thank you.
