Why you should be unbanned: What my banner neglected to tell you was all other builders were insid ethis quad base that he didnt own and the titan was actively sieging the base. He was using other people to rewall without asking them and even used them to feed the titan workers. My banner also neglected to tell you of all the flaming and toxicity he did during this game. I apologize for being in a base without sharing control, however i did not want this player to control my builder. The suicide claim is untrue, my support allowed the base to recieve two minion kills and kill the titans ankh, just becuase i died in the process does not mean its suicide. I understand what i did wrong and will not do it again.

That's the game you got banned in, while Poe does have a minor history of flaming, he usually does not use a builder without permission. You're required to share control while inside someone else's base, otherwise you MUST leave said area when the titan is not around or your escapes are off cooldown.

You claimed suicide after you left according to the chat logs, even saying "You're welcome c*nt." Seems pretty intentional to me.

Edit: Also, this was all inside of a 3 minute period. The game went on for 10 minutes after your death.

@aerella For starters, you have to share with the owner of a base that you are staying in. If the person says they don't want or don't care about having control shared with them, then you don't have to share with them. If titan is nearby or your escapes are on cooldown, you don't have to leave the base, but you still must share control. Next, you can't kill anything inside someone else's base unless they say you are allowed to. Finally, the blocking problem would have been prevented if you had shared with the owner of the base in the first place. Any comments on this?

there was no blocking at all? he wasnt even theowner of the base he only had 7 towers in it it was a quad base with the last o the builders which i gave control to one of them, as i said he wanted control to use my builder to wall, if you read the chat logs it says that he was using another builder even afte rhe asked him to stop using him i love that i can be proven guilty without evidence, other than a chat log which does not really prove anything. fine ill take the 4 day ban,

Edit: the you're welcome cunt came directly after my support caused the death of 2 minions... it was not from me suiciding

I didn't actually watch the replay (because that's more work than it's worth for the shitty ENT site and whatnot), but I never said Poe's report was correct. However, that doesn't necessarily put you in the right either.

Ben simply asked you a few questions. Exxplain your case and he (maybe) will be willing to reduce the ban.

the walls were drae walls
he did not rewall
at most he repaired? although i doubt he did and drae walls do not repair fast like others

I setup the base with the others and controlled them to do almost all placements, it was my base.

I'm sorry, I told you the rules and how they work and it seems to me that you are telling me I am wrong and furthermore, that the admin who banned you was wrong. You haven't even acknowledged the rules that I just told you about. My next question was going to ask you to copy and paste the rule(s) that you broke here so I would know that you understand them in the future, but you aren't making me think that you understand the rules as they are. I'm willing to reduce the ban if you can do what I have just asked, otherwise you can wait out your ban

@Ben_T Don’t let this man’s appeal go through. He doesn’t know the rules (although claiming to know them in that game when he refused to share/leave), shows no remorse for his actions, and stands by his own self-righteousness!

i know the rules, Does not mean i agree with them 100% of the time,

(Refusing to leave base after being asked by owner. However, you may stay in the base if
the titan is near and escaping would lead to death
your escape skills are on cooldown.
Meanwhile, you must share your control with the base owner, so he can move your builder inside the base)

This is the only official rule i broke, the other rules you talked about I cannot find an official source for

Do not ruin the game on purpose:
Do not teamkill (ex. blocking, maliciously using spells, destroying/hiding/stealing/massing items, selling towers, etc).

You blocked and teamkilled multiple buildings.

Do not feed or suicide on purpose which negatively affects the game.

You suicided while also blocking the rewaller

Don't agree with the rules? Post a rule change in suggestions or don't use ENT

Whether you like the rules or not, they are rules and it's mandatory you follow them. If you want a rule change, make a suggestion and the staff will take a look at it. Other than that, you showed me the main rule you broke and you've already served out most of your ban. I'll remove the remainder of your ban now. Have fun.
