@DinWiesel
Alright, let's take it from the beginning with an example.

Let's say i join a game, with 7 people i don't know. One of these people goes afk, the reason doesn't really matter.
People in that game decide to pause, and wait for him.

Now, i joined the game to play it, not to wait for when he will return from his afk, so i resume every time.
I also do not want to draw the game. The reason is irrelevant, since draw is a vote, not mandatory.

Am i really the one who is game ruining? Or is it the guy who went afk?

The answer is simple. It's the afk guy who is ruining the game.
It's every player's responsibility to make sure they can participate in the game, before they join.
Noone else has to wait for them. Why should they?

According to our rules, going afk is bannable.
Unpausing is not. Refusing to draw is not.

So, the afk guy gets banned, and the player who unpauses and refuses to draw cannot be kicked.

Is that clear enough?
