Why are you banned: threatening last lane / not feeding / not BD'ing is ... throwing?
Why you should be unbanned: classic team feeds -> friend of mod throws a hissy fit -> vague ban of an unwritten rule. It feels like DotaCash all over again!

Having just been banned by BeerLord for "game ruining" (which I've never done on ENT after thousands of games), I tried to track down what qualifies. I've watched players go 1-14 game after game and not be banned. These player's allies simply can't overcome that kind of game ruining. I think in all the hundreds of thousands of dota games I've played, I've never seen anyone successfully throw with a 1-1-x score. Good, determined allies (who don't feed) always win it 4v5.

"butthurt" Mew's crony claimed that trading raxes was a "failure to defend" which I found interesting. Having played Dota for more years than probably either the mod or the submitee, I wanted to figure out what qualifies. There was nothing listed in either the http://wiki.entgaming.net/index.php?tit ... :DotARules or the http://wiki.entgaming.net/index.php?tit ... ming:Rules besides "Do not ruin the game on purpose." Last I checked, trying to win the game by tug-of-war was not throwing.

If one enemy enters the base, are you and all 5 of your allies obligated to turn around and walk at 300 ms back to the base? Or are you allowed to rax your enemies (some of whom are dead) and potentially win the game? What if you try to trade and fail? Does that somehow negate your intentions? The only real answer is "either way, a mod will ban you."

So I ask for a game as old as Dota (and its newer fun ai/omg/LoD variant), is the ambiguity in the rules/banning designed purposely to allow this kind of abuse?

Here is what I wrote on the ban request:

Agree. Could have been won if he had helped back door or attack throne with allies, instead of doggedly insisting on raxing top first. Also failed to defend throne while pushing top lane alone.
onlyfightstacks banned 5 days for failure to defend/failure to cooperate with allies/game ruin.

Now, notwithstanding all the sarcasm and obfuscation presented above, what part of that do you disagree with?

First of all some players feed but it isnt intentionally, yours in the other hand was intentionally because you knew we won that game, your butthurt feeling is what caused the game and it is so called "A Throw" fyi only ok-

we all just wanted to throne when the chance was there but u threaten us all due to intense buttrage and refuse to help throne at will. Did you really think we can go head on with clinkz illusion abuse??? answer me, well you did try to fight him rambo style but as i remember you got killed last then 3 sec and u were a tank

Due to the lack of IQ you try to rax top at your own will while u could easily throne it with brown. BUT the dota scientific studies and the law of lod shows that buttrage is a factor which may have cause someone to act mentally at their own will that isnt profitable. Further studies show that there are 2 main stage while playing dota as the first one is when a player get butthurt which may possibly lead to buttrage but at that very moment you were at the buttrage stage refusing to cooperate with team from ur butthurt stage earlier.

and stop using big fancy terms like obligated, embiguity, etc. to make u sound professional because tbh u sound more butthurt then professional.

Yes it clearly states that you cannot Votekick or ban someone for just being "bad". I have also played thousands of games and I have learned to just suck it up because the rules are the rules.
