Unfair ban on EU

Why you should be unbanned: I just installed the game and tried to join one of the ENT hosting bot games. I got banned instantly for "proxy edu"? No admin gives me any answers on whats going on. Since your bots keep records. Please see if i did anything wrong instead. You will find no history because i just installed the game. I am using the free internet provided by the univercity in my town and for some reson your bots think this is cheating??? Please remove this unfair ban and treat new people to your servers more nicely in the future.

I live at home. The internet is provided in all student homes all over the city. And you rent those appartments. Im on eu northrend
