HP Upgrade Glitch!

Here is 2 replays one with murloc and the other with demo in both cases i tried to purchase a hp upgrade and the game glitches and says i never purchased hp upgrade 1 in bright red letters, so im guessing this is a glitch?
murloc glitch is around an hour and a half in
the demo upgrade is towards then end also
