Draenei used to be top tier solo baser in inhouses, now he's utter trash.

Simple fix: Make his TP same duration cast time as murloc/gnoll/makrura TP, Now he has more of a chance to TP out before titan gets into WOTW range or give some time to deto the mound WOTW before titan finishes his TP. Because at the moment, against a decent titan, he pretty much has NO escape ability, except a crappy 10g TP stick from secret shop that takes a year to channel.

This will make him viable again, especially in inhouses or playing against decent pub titans.

EDIT: Apparently draenei TP isn't WOTW anymore.

EDIT2: Can someone link me the changelog of the ID patch that made draenei TP not being able to WOTW? i cant find it
