[0108f] Hotfix Patch

Hey All,
Through various beta tests somehow a bug still got through with Gold To Lumber, still not sure how or why it happened as the math and logic in the programming was solid, but I've added in two failsafes and recoded it to fix that issue. I also removed Demonicus' nuke damaging walls at full charge temporarily until we come out with a way to counter it (nobody should have to rebuild all of their walls everytime they're sieged.
Also fixed a bug with Luci's ulti not working properly
