[0108b] IAmDragon/Remixer Update

Fully 99% of the work in this version was completed by IAmDragon and Remixer! Big thanks to them, and looking forward to the ideas they bring to the table for the future.

0108b Changelog:
  • General Changes:
    • Reduced Ethereal Damage Bonus/Heal Bonus to 15% for all spells. This include Demonologist's Nether Warp and the Titan Mirror item.
    • Enabled Christmas-mode.
    • Removed the ability to path to an unintended area to the top-right of middle near the statue.
  • Builder Changes:
    • All Workers' have had their day-time vision reduced to 500.
    • All Walls' daytime and nighttime vision reduced to 600.
    • Speed Turtle's daytime vision reduced to 500 (from 900).
    • Speedy Frog's daytime vision reduced to 650 (from 900).
    • Added a slight HP regeneration to all Towers.
    • Sludge Launcher's DPS buffed to 25 (from 5). This effect no longer stacks. Updated description to match correctly.
    • Deep Freeze's DoT removed. Slow duration has been reduced to 0.8 seconds. Attack speed has been reduced.
    • Fixed a bug with the Aura Tree's tooltip.
    • Added two new Defender sounds.
    • Draenei:
      • Draenei's Summoner's daytime vision range reduced to 600 (from 1000).
      • Draenei's Battle Construct's daytime vision reduced to 750 (from 1200).
    • Morphling:
      • Beast Form cooldown reduced to 60/30s (from 180/90s).
      • Towers' attack speed has been changed to bring it in line with other towers.
    • Troll:
      • Reduced Super Tower's upgrade cost to 300 (from 375).
    • Tauren:
      • Fixed Pulverize tooltip.
      • Changed all Tower's armour to normal.
    • Demonologist:
      • Increased the HP of all walls by 100.
    • Radioactive:
      • Modules now stack, and their item size has been increased.
    • Nature:
      • Combat Unit's daytime vision has been reduced to 950 (from 1200).
      • Combat Unit's abilities have been revamped, with their various ranges and cooldowns adjusted.
      • Changed Nature's Towers to attack slightly faster.
    • Item Changes:
      • Shield of Will's bonus hitpoints have been reduced to 110 (from 150).
      • Shield of Might's bonus hitpoints have been reduced to 200 (from 250).
      • Sword of the Magistrate's damage bonus has been increased to 50 (from 20).
      • Storm Hammer's recipe has changed, and now requires 2 Titan Eggs (down from 3 Titan Eggs).
  • Titan Changes:
    • All Titan's minimum movement speed has been increased to 170 (from 0).
    • Added two new Titan sounds.
    • Voltron:
      • Many ability updates and changes.
    • Sypherious:
      • Name has been changed to Noxious.
      • Many ability updates and changes.
    • Moltenious:
      • Changed Phoenix Scout to have 375 health, removed invulnerability, and added the Ward classification (Defender's and their Titan Hunters can now target it).
    • Glacious:
      • Changed model back to Archimonde.
      • Fixed a bug preventing Satyr from poking Glacious.
      • Many ability updates and changes.
    • Lucidious:
      • Changed Island Vision to Cloud Reflection. Reveals an area in a line, rather than a single circle.
    • Demonicus:
      • Many ability updates and changes.
    • Item Changes:
      • Ethereal Mirror now uses a cooldown group.
      • Ethereal Mirror can now bounce to up to 11 targets (including the initial target). This can be used with the 15% ethereal bonus to help kill upgraded harvesters.

If you cast mirror on your own titan does it bounce to other units on your team (like minis)? Also a 15% spell increase is fairly useless besides the niche that the item is now revolving around (nuking harvs), it seems like it will ruin a fun and diverse item.

Not sure how I feel about another SoM nerf, seems like it is weak enough how it is. The cost of a SoM vs what it gets you is already pretty underwhelming, being .287 gold per physically hp at 500hp (armor factored in) and .45 gold per hp vs spell damage. Where as just buying two +100hps from an RC is .325 gold per hp. For the trouble of an extra 1800 lumber, shop cooldowns for buying two scales and competition with other builders for buying scales and eggs it seems like the SoM will just be too weak for normal games. Games where builders get massively fed gold it would still be very worth while to buy though, but should the game be getting balanced for boring one sides games?

Anyways thats just my boring thoughts, the rest looks great though.

Wow that is a GREAT idea! Good job! While you're at it buff wallwalking and enable speed poke for Tauren!!
Also Morph buffs? Just wonderful.
Do you guys even play Titan?

@1337hamburger We nerfed mirror because at it's previous state 66% increase in spell damage was too much. We made it a niche item on purpose, as right now nuking 1 hp upgraded workers requires a mini, now it does not and the item will bounce to all builders, meaning you can put it on the mound and mirror them all, or do what you like with it

@KamiKadse Yes there were buffs to builders and a nerf to mirror, but those changes are minor compared to say the vision reduction. Many Titan's have a new scouting ability to help compensate, and next patch - Itemization Update, will bring many more helpful utilities to the Titan

@Dr_CoolHaus Yes, essentially. The goal was to reduce the builders vision of the map via unbuilt structures. We might take it a step farther and disable vision of unbuilt structures until completed, it's TBD

Thank you guys for all the hard work you put in to this new update and im sure that when people play it they will tell that all of the changes you made are there to balance. I know that if anything is unbalanced then you will quickly fix it and listen to the community. I like most of the changes in this new update and i feel that it will benefit Island Defense and the community

Please report any bugs you can find, and if you suspect a possible bug.
Currently known bugs:
1. Non-stackable items (armored scales) can sometimes merge. (Being looked into)
2. Demonicus Wind Walk operates weirdly, will be looked into.
3. Ultimate Tower, Spell Well's upgrade description has typo.

What about the other II infantry units? All i seen was garrison and conscript. Buts a good update though.
