For mirror: I have no idea what this is about, so I won't comment.

For the toxic split: Thanks for trying to help the situation even if it is inaccurate, but I don't really see why we are still talking about it. Any titan giving out 270g or more should deserve to lose in the first place. It's a non-issue. It's not something that needs to be nerfed, and I thought we cleared that up.

My pros and cons about Radio that could receive a nerf can be found in one of my previous post in this topic, here's the quote (click show spoiler):

+ He basically has three escapes, first is his shield, second is his Hunter's tankability, and third, nitro. With all three with rotating cooldowns, he can easily gold 24/7 with good enough worker deto micro and a titan without minions. (both pubs and inhouses)
+ With the gold secured, he is able to base with less than 20 gold as long as other builders have gold.
+ Other players can buy gold towers from his RC, and put it into the Radio towers, making it easy as hell to get a full rapid base before the 15min. mark, and mega rapids at GP, which makes then from 700 range to 850 range.
+ Since he has high DPS short range towers, he is one of the best double basers to be with, because he has undead building type, three reliable escapes, a ward & a floater sniper.
+ If titan TPs his minion to mid after first blood, the minion will likely die in an in-house because the radio hunter can just run him down with burn.
+ Heavy cannon tower, arguably one of the most OP gold towers ATM.
+ Can kill noob titans who let Radio overgold with toxic split to end the game in the mid-game-ish. (emphasis on -ish, since other builders like Tauren/Mag/Demo/Draenei/Sat or actually any builder including Radio can just Merch rush a low level titan down before Radio even gets enough gold for toxic split. The only thing about toxic split is it can basically solo any high level titan without minions to an extent. But with minions, toxic split is basically useless, and is negated by a healing ward because minions can easily nuke down the illusions)

Radio's weaknesses, for counter-argument.
- Radio's towers are rubbish without gold due to 700 range towers, the DPS is even lower than Gnoll towers.
- Radio's walls are rubbish too, with no upgrades.
- If you are aimed, you may never get a hunter because titan will keep killing your RC.
- Radio against a decent titan means your workers will end up feeding, unless you make lumber bases.

I can see both sides of why atomic split + toxic can be considered ''too op/imba'' but can also been seen as well-deserved loss for any titan. Personally, any titan who gives out that much gold most likely isn't progressing in the game well anyways ex: minor feeding, perhaps wall killing. I think a bigger issue in these scenarios would be more heavily armed supports but then again that's why they have no towers and just buffs. All part of the game.

As toxic+split. Neco's list is off on some of those but it still shows it is used. The reason for not answering is as stated above. I can't beleive I'm honestly having to reply to tell you that people actually use things that are in ID. Out of everything in all these posts I don't understand how this has been you main issue xD Lol. This is not a comment on my opinion of the tower/split nor my opinion on ethereal mirror.
