Base just needs a lumber buff, and it'll be a legit tower base. Recently I've just been using this base for full deny bases, which is a huge waste of potential!

Because I make another lumber base with a single shelter somewhere else that's un-nukable. That's just a temporary lumber base in case my other one gets killed.

Been awhile but I have a new base idea. It's a bit awkward but seems pretty balanced. Easy to nuke worker spots and an added little lumber base area. Also it has a volcano.

Yeah, I like how the base is disgusting looking with all those squiggly larva like texture.

We need a base in Island Defense that's pretty strong but disgusting af so that people don't want to base there even though it is a decent base, but because it's intolerably unpleasant for the naked eye.

But also stylish with a common theme.

An idea I had awhile ago was to make seasonal ID maps for example like a winter storm map for around the Christmas holidays and generally through the winter time. I made an example of the base I made below.

Then maybe during the spring it goes back to default tropical feel, summer would be a hot and barren desert, fall could use the lorderon fall tileset.

Also for the winter I thought it would be cool to have the deep water frozen over and walkable on but I didn't put that in the example.

Isn't there a rumor that maps will be able to hold 150mb instead of 5mb? Then that would be possible without switching map all the time.

Yeah, but no-one wants to wait an hour for an Antarctic player to DL and/or cardboard sir to load the game. It's long enough already.

On a technicality this is already in the map. @Av1on I don't remember what the command is when you're in debug and I'm pretty sure you will! :)

There "may" (don't hope : D) be a way to get the debug command to be activated at the start of a normal game which would just switch the terrain but I'm pretty sure this was attempted before as this has been mentioned before lol.

Pretty sure it's the -ground command but unknown what numbers to pass in.

The size limit has nothing to do with this.

Not possible to change a lot of the things (caves, grassy bush things, etc) so can't really be an "option" thing.
