Your Warcraft III username: MeggsGames
Violator's Warcraft III username: ExLegionPro
Game name or map name: Legion TD
Approximate date/time of game (alternatively, link to a Stats page): Around 3:50 PM Eastern Time (today's date, 6/11/2013)
Rule player violated: Maphacked and used AntiStuck several times on an enemy he could not see to force leaks
Time of incidents (Note in-game timer or replay timer): Exactly at the start of level 7, pink uses antistuck on teal's units, then on level 8, 9, 10, and so forth he keeps doing the same to other players on team 1.
Any further thoughts: I whispered him after watching the replay and he admit he maphacked. He kept saying things like "u mad?", insulted my username saying it was gay, and he said he wanted to rape my ass. People in team 1 were very upset at what was going on, no one knew who was doing it, but after a watch of the replay, I found out it was pink all along.

I swear that people never report after they win.
Only when they lose they are angry enough to report.

Because let's say someone on your team was hacking, you wouldn't have noticed, map wasn't revealed, you didn't know what was going on. But the other team noticed it because their units were being antistucked by an unknown player.
