After reviewing:

@IronJaws Just a sidenote: Using guardian (ent upgrade) as a blocker, causing the boss to get rooted, and not moving, is considered a glitch, and therefore bannable to do so - Keep that in mind in the future, to avoid getting reported/banned due to it.

Anyways regarding blue:

Teamkill:

Blue sold all his towers at 12 (after the team decided to send on 12), and dind't build anymore
Around round 14 removed all his wisps from trees

Antistuck:

Also antistucked teal's units, to prevent them from teleporting mid, to defend

So illksyougently@useast.battle.net should definitely be banned for refusing to build/selling all towers to clearly TK his team, antistuck abuse, juggling king, starting abusive vk's, and flaming; I'd also keep an eye on him for dodging as he mentioned it ingame:
