2:40-2:47 He nearly escapes the enemy after recklessly trying to get rune, and this time just dies. I would consider this an out right rage feed.

16:45 tp's right to dd tiny and feeds

19:40-20:00 diving in to enemy forest (again). We tried to ping him to come back, but instead dies reckelessly - demonstrating failure to learn (or out right refusal).

22:30 Despite enemy approaching (clearly by ward at the entrance of the river to our jungle he stays and farms. We pinged to him, but he just stayed and right clicked creeps (refusing to cooperate or learn). Nearly escapes.

Dies trying to push bot many many times and refuses to learn to stop pushing alone and work with the team: 29:35,30:30,32:10-34:00,35:40, 46:50, ~55:00, 1:00:50,

He does this either while they directly pushing us or we are fighting as a team.

32:10-34:00 After nearly escaping, and instead of helping allies, he starts fighting creep with very very low life. He is sniper, he could have just right clicked enemy heroes and helped our team.

This guy started the game really vile and rude because he had just lost the previous game. He starts off saying things like;

He then proceeds to feed. Most of us ignored him, but he still says some pretty vile things the whole game. I admit I also got frustrated because no one on the enemy team would vote kick this obvious game ruiner.

He may not have fed the entire game, but he refused to work with the game and sometimes chose to right click creeps with allies near by. He constantly chose to push lanes mostly resulting in his death. Eventually he was able to farm creeps long enough that we carried the game, where he was not involved in most of team battles and rax / base defenses.

His actions were clearly intended to ruin the game because he was raging. Just look at what he says after he is ignored (without any provocation).
