If by "game was over" you mean that ELO had already been distributed to the builders since the original titan left, then sure. But there are actually people who play the game for the sake of playing it.

He says he knew what he was doing but can we accept that? The squirrel knows he is gathering acorns but does he know why? Is the squirrel truly concensious of the decision making process behind the acquestion of the acorns? Nay.
For the squirrel is just a creature of a simple mind and does not truly understand what he is doing. Poraft is a similar beast and does not truly understand why he blocked Jared. We cannot punish a squirrel for "intentionally" acorn gathering as the squirrel has no control. Therefore we cannot punish poraft for "intentionally" blocking.

I urge you high @av1on to dismiss this case with prejudice as for anything else would be I dare say a mockery of justice.
