Time of incidents (Note in-game timer or replay timer): Whole game, but he made it very obvious he had MH right at the beginning of the game before we even chose heroes because someone from our team (sentinel) accidentally pinged and grand-hustle who was on scourge says, quote "GraND-HuStlE: what u pinging for?" - After he says this I decide to spam ping scourge's base just for more confirmation and he says, again, quote, "(00:58 / All) GraND-HuStlE: stop it yellow (01:07 / All) GraND-HuStlE: wtf (01:10 / All) GraND-HuStlE: fuck off" It was so obvious then that we tried to votekick him there for MH but players on his team did not vote, so we played on...
Any further thoughts: He tried to claim that he was playing with a friend who was on our team and not his (from the same home) and that is why he knew we had pinged, but I asked EVERYONE on our team if they were with him and they all said no, so he was clearly lying about this. He also did some fishy things in game that would further suggest map hacking, however, I do not have a fog click detector, so I will need an admin to check that out for me. Anyways, I am absolutely convinced this guy MHs and so was everyone in game.

At around 26:45 he does a very suspicious gank on me (spectre) - so while a MOD is checking for fog clicks I think they could probably find a few shortly before that happens.
And last but not least, this guy was on a new account with no akas according to the alias checker, so I am going to go ahead and assume he is also an IP dodger.

There is fog click on Zeus right before and after he picks up mirror image rune, at 4:55 replay timer and 5:05 replay timer. Zeus is well within fog both before and after these two clicks so confirmed map hack.
