Any further thoughts:
Around 23 min he just starts diving right for their mid tower and obvious feeding. He uses other opportunities to teleport and feed in to battles. Also, he sits afk many times at the fountain. This guy tried his best to ruin the game, please do your best to ban him for longest!!

Also, we couldn't get a votekick for him after like 5 tries because one person would not vote. If you could find out who it is and ban them it would be great. This guy was such an obvious ruiner, and the game lasted for 50 minutes. It was a total waste of time because we couldn't even get a votekick!

Ursa states in chat he is going to make sure his team leaves. He intentionally feeds multiple times, sells his items, flames.
banned 2 weeks for game ruin.
Multiple vk attempts did not pass, but ultimately everybody voted yes except for saml.
saml banned one day for failure to votekick game ruiner.
