It's only been 13mins in. I can understand farming 15mins is pushing it, but they're going on rant saying I'm farming all game and not helping... on come on guys I'm carry build, and it's my job to farm. I don't know if he knows the meta of the game, but I'm sure he has played LOD with the skills he picked.
I feel it didn't help that kimjong, with his elo stats, even agreed with bigpauly. 12mins in? come on?

Even after the jungle I was able to carry the team and RAX bot lane, and then mid after. Not soon after top lane.

I feel a suspension is necessary, but a ban is totally up to you.
