However, he didn't excessively flame, ended up ignoring you. cooperated with the rest of ur team and still won. I understand his frustration, but a abuse is a abuse :/

You decide to ban request him for vk abuse. And this was the only segment with vk abuse. If you feel he should be ban for those other things make another request and back it up with more reasoning; time, chat, etc.
