If the votekick nearly passed, it is, in fact, bannable. You're not supposed to use votekick at all unless it is over someone breaking the rules.

Also he was obviously doing it because he was mad at you so it would be abuse in this case.

Eh, it was my own perception. No one else did !yes other than the original player who started it. As for, thelegend7, his should be a days ban.
