Refused to play because of leaver on level 2 and 200 leaks within the first two rounds and my cross sold his tower as valuer on level 1. I was not going to play another long dragged out game, where we would get overpowered by numbers, saving my wood and sending lv7 hoping to kill was the plan. There was no way we were coming back in the long run. "Bragging" to you is just me saying that I haven't been banned for anything minus autoban in years, so my appeal probably be processed. Not to mention the game we're currently in you kept unpausing while we have (had) an afk and didn't even vote to kick him when it was initiated. You're just as guilty of trolling.

Yeah. So. Evol. This is why we wont accept you back as mod. Leaving is one thing. Breaking rules is another, i.e. not playing with team when they plan to up king. If you didnt want to play this 'long, dragged out' game, you could have left and taken an autoban.

I will review this properly when I get home.

Tch, after a shitty day filled with shitty games (3v4s and trolls) and terrible teams, I was not about to up king so we could lose at 17/20. The game was lost. Quick recap.

Green messed up oracle build - built a half space off meaning he loses 6 total units of oracle buff (3 on each end of the build that no longer fit)
Green was valuing and sold his bottom feeder leaving him with Medicine Man as his only unit causing him to only kill maybe 10 units.
Green got sent on at level 2 and Orange left at the end of level 1, 3 lanes, 120 (roughly) leaks. (Other team gets really fed)

By this time, the other team probably has significantly higher lumber than we do and significantly more value. If greed had Mutants or Blasters I would have kept playing. But when our cross is building fail build oracle + orc warlock as his build, it became only a matter of time until we lost. That's just the way it is. Not to mention he merc'd as valuer in the cross. Ontop of that I was going to send 7 with 1400 (roughly) lumber and with any luck kill them. Because that was the only way we were going to win. We were not winning late game at all.

I go on further with the fact that the next game, teal was afk and green (same player same color) kept unpausing refusing to wait for him to come back. Ontop of that when we initiated a votekick against teal, he was the only one who didn't vote. Now I understand Mariah you're probably saying "oh well he didn't have to he got kicked anyway", well I'm fairly sure he would have not kicked no matter what.

As to your point about me not being brought back into staff because of this, that is really not you call to make 1. 2 everyone has crappy days and gets upset. 3 you shouldn't be posting about it on a ban requests, it's a totally unrelated topic, why you feel the constant need to bring it up every time you encounter me is totally beyond me and I'd seriously prefer you stopped. You want to talk about it? Send me a PM or find me in chat, don't do it in the ban request forum. 4, I have only been banned for autoban for as long as I can remember, think I got banned by Masamune back several years ago when I was playing CW, or maybe it was aRt)Y who banned me, point is even if I do get banned you can hardly say it's the reason I'm not getting back into staff.

Also Mariah your personal distaste for me leads me to believe you wont be able to make an un-bias ruling over this ban request as there is more going on here than a simple rule breaking. I request to have another mod look at this. @Gaara @Haunt @Cambrioleur - I know all three of you, any one of you will most likely be more capable than Mariah as her opinions of me are already less than friendly.

Actually, No. I don't make unbiased rulings. If you fail to play with the team's calls, that is a rule being broken. There is no 'this way' or 'that way' about it. I have a distaste for your general attitude, which is blatantly being shown here in your responses- which is why matdas stated his point. In any case, I ban based on rules being broken, not on disdain. I will review this case, as it really doesn't matter whether or not I like you- that is not your call to make, as you've stated.

Playing with team is a core part of the game, if I find that you failed to do so, even if it was against your proper judgement, and the rest of your team went with one plan, it is a bannable offense. I will ban based on other rules broken as well for the remainder of the team and other information given.

Banned 3 days for game ruining. This is being lenient. If something like this happens again, the duration will be longer.
