After reviewing:

Banning krusty@uswest.battle.net for 10 days (Kept spamming bloodrage on rikimaru, which ended up in him dying more than once - 1 by him, others by the fact riki coulnd't go inv therefore enemies killed him (At least twice near the end: One where magi almost kills him, bloodseeker uses silence on riki, and he dies; 2nd seeker uses silence on riki, void comes in and kills him since he was silenced) + clear votekick abuse)
