Using leaver outside the base is not a rule that can't be violated anymore, check the NWU rules update. So this post can go to archive.

@numlock
This rule is a goner. Using leaver hero to aid fights is fine.

We will only ban if players abused the leaver hero by feeding him.

Repost the request if the violator in question fed.
