Well after reviewing:

For broodmother (jichu) both minimaps pings were more than obvious: 25.16 - Sniper was hitting creeps seconds ago, 42.02 - sniper had just finished defending top lane. No legit fogclicks or suspicious movements either.

For witch doctor (wanderingstar):

2.27 - Checked rune on the closest location;
5.38 - He came from bot woods, and headed towards river, so checking rune location was logical.
6.24 - Looking at his intentions he was planning to go gank/help top
6.45 - This one is weird in my opinion, but im giving him the benefit of doubt, since it was possible that he could find sniper trying to teleport.
9.24 - Picked rune on closest lane again
16.40 - he went scouting, taking the path towards shop, as bot lane was getting pushed, and you came into sight while he ran there.
27.57 - Actually here you were noticed to go towards river, and so doctor and the rest of the team ganked you (Doctor was invisible when you attacked ancient creep spot).
33.06 - Techies was seen top and was on sight when doctor went for him
43.04 - Aura on creeps revealed something was incoming, and then you on sight as well.

Also at 13 minutes, he attempts to gank bot lane which only one was there, yet there was an ally nearby and he failed the gank (If he was maphacking, he wouldn't have attempted to gank knowing it was a 2on1).

So im denying the ban request for witchdoctor as well.

However while checking i came up with this:
[41103] 39:55 Player: NotEvenClose 0x19: Select subgroup [Witch Doctor, object=0x0000EA5C00005D71] - legit fogclick, will be banned once im done

So im banning notevenclose@uswest.battle.net for 1 year due to maphack

Thanks for reporting

Moving for confirmation
