So Limit_Break_VII picked Onoki despite us telling him he was banned, and then he went on to levling his Ulti, After some time we kicked him from the game and then the whole other team used him and his ulti , i died 4 times cos of his ulti im guessing all of them used it atleast once.

Does the "outside the base" rule apply anymore?, as far as I've seen in the updated NWU rules it isn't there anymore.And what difference that makes if someone used a banned hero (inside or outside), its still banable I guess, but its harder to guess who used it, being a hero picked by leaver.

not that hard, but as you said, i guess its not in the rules to use leavers outside base anymore. But picking a glitched hero is. Only the player who picks will get banned.

If this does get abused (such as feeding the leaver) it will be re-added.
