Red apparently got mad cause he had to play with players that didn't do what he thought was right. For example they send alone or build wrong.
For this reason he decided to sell his towers since he didn't wanna "waste his time".
He didn't seem to care about the ban he would get at all:

(11:36 / Allied) Max-16.7-: np for me
(11:37 / Allied) Max-16.7-: do it
(11:45 / Allied) Max-16.7-: on ent ban you just need to restart router
(11:48 / Allied) Max-16.7-: 1 min

Since he stated that he is willing to dodge the ban I would just ban this account for a long time.
The Problem is that this Account got only one game so he prob dodged another ban before. I hope there will be possibilities to stop this guy.
