Violator's Warcraft III username: Matador860 Atom861
Rule player violated: Matador860 using Ato861 as 2nd ingame player to simply feed him gold right from the start via item burning allowing a chaos cannon as first item.
Time of violation (specify whether you are using in-game or replay time): Immediately from start of the game.
Any further thoughts: There's no question that this is game ruining however you might want to check his story, however it is unbelievable. Said it was his RL friend playing Atom and that it was a different IP. However Atom stayed afk till the end of the game after feeding the initial gold at the start. Have asked Matador860 various times to read ENT rules as he has burning my items before as well.
