Dropping items is not an offence, however picking other teams items up via burning is ban-able.

If the other team had won due to this then he would be a game ruiner which did not happen. And would hope Genx and anyone picking up items would be banned. But alas this did not happen. lol

Giving enemy items is more of a general gaming rule as opposed to pooling.
