He plays with hero Neji wich has bug on skill "kaiten", second one I guess, if it's kept at lvl 1 or the passive isn't leveled up.He acted like he doesn't know about it but he does since he isn't a new player to this game, I've seen him playing several times and he didn't looked like a newb(he has 162 games on ent, most prob at nwu). If he didn't knew about it, after we told him he should of stopped, but he kept using it and at min 12:10 he used on a opposite player and stunned him permanently until he died.
We kicked him at the end, but I think he deserves a better punishment for his acts so things like this won't happen next time.
