[DOTA] trashgetsthrown CRASHING ENTIRE GAMES ON COMMAND

Any further thoughts:
"(26:29 / All) trashgetsthrown: wardless ganking just over the top
(26:34 / All) trashgetsthrown: goodbye"
And then the game hung/crashed with several red "AN INTERNAL CHECKSUM HAS FAILED. THIS MAY NOT BE IMPORTANT BUT PLEASE SEND THIS REPLAY!" or something to that effect.
A) What hack is this player using to do this???
B) He's done it multiple times:

C) Why hasn't anyone noticed or corrected this yet?
D) I'm not sure what ganking he's talking about (I didn't get to do much), but this is a whole higher level of game ruining. If he doesn't get a permanent IP ban, I can see 'attacks' against your bots forming.
E) Do the stats count? I was having fun
