Did u even bother to watch the replay? Cuz from what i've seen ur assumption he hacks is solely based on his good k/d. If hes maphacking then hes bad at it because he gets juked by centaur on two instances when he hunts him in forest. Also on one of his ganks in bot lane he passed close to u farming in ur jungle but he didnt seem to know u were there. Furthermore, its not actually fountainfarming when u get out of your fountain and try to kill him, and u did that in more than one cases when he was low, "resetting" that way the time he fountainfarmed, that started at 21min and ended in like 25-26.

Playinhardtoget & decker banned 2 days for fountain farming 3+ minutes.

eG.B & Coolandhotshot did not exceed 3 minutes.
