Time of incidents (Note in-game timer or replay timer): During all game he tells where are runes and what it is. In replay 8:39, he says "Sniper dd bot". Then I will ask him 2 or 3 times where are runes, he will say me exactly where they are, the game is not so long, it's obvious imo... 21:30 > 24:25 > 27:55 I asked him rune > 30:33 He said "no rune top" so it was bottom
Any further thoughts: I don't have the fogclick checker but I think it's already an obvious fact
