Time of incidents (Note in-game timer or replay timer): started around minute 24-25, didn't end til end of game.
Any further thoughts: They were making no plays to finish the game and were just surrounding the fountain attempting to hook etc.

Last I recall, it had to be about 4 minutes or more of fountain farming to be banable.

It says 3 in the rules, but I saw one ban that was made by Agreements (I believe, I can search through the processed requests section) that banned people for 2 minutes of fountain farming.

Chunkster next time use !forfeit to prevent fountain farming.
