When exactly did he refuse to help? No one on your team was playing well and you should be reporting purple instead of blue. That last minute, he went to rosh before orange/yellow died so there was no chance you could've defended that with or without him.

Also, there is a huge difference between someone saying they will go farm and not help versus actually refusing to help. He was still playing but you guys had zero teamwork so there wasn't much to help.
