Any further thoughts: Maxxor picked TA, repicked it, and did not pick hero till 15:01 (He picked Furion and ported himself to the top left corner of the map).
Rocketgirl runs towards enemy at 13:43 with a level 4 hero. He also was afk most part of the game maybe because of Maxxor behavior. Other times he has played fair so I don't think wasi ntentional.
